What are clear aligners?
Invisalign is a series of clear, removable aligners that shift your teeth into proper alignment. The number of aligners in your series depends on the condition of your alignment, but most people can straighten their teeth with 20-30 sets of aligners.
You wear your aligners every day for as long as possible (at least 22 hours), and move on to the next set in your series every two weeks. Each set of aligners in your series is designed to push your teeth a little bit closer to alignment than the previous set, gradually shifting your teeth to their desired position.
By the time you finish wearing each set of aligners in your series, your teeth will have permanently shifted into a more ideal alignment.
